eNCA reports that airline Comair has locked out its striking workers from Kulula and British Airways (BA), which means that it won’t be allowing its workers into its offices.
They have been on a protected strike since Wednesday over wage increases. The United Association of SA (Uasa) requested a 35% increase over three years, while Comair offered 22.5% over three years, which has been rejected. The union represents almost 60% of staff at Comair, who work for Kulula and BA.
