tshwane thumb100 EWN reports that the City of Tshwane says commuters who use their bus services should prepare for a possible strike next Monday and Tuesday.

Sixty drivers affiliated to SA Municipal Workers' Union (Samwu) are facing disciplinary action for unprotected industrial action in 2014 and are likely to cause service disruptions yet again.  Municipal spokesperson Lindela Mashigo said:  “We are warning our commuters merely because it has become a common practice that whenever Samwu members have to face disciplinary action, other drivers usually pledge solidarity with those that are facing disciplinary proceedings.”
