Thohoyandou Spar wage strike ends with 7.5% increase

A two-week strike at a Spar store in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, has ended after a wage agreement for a 7.5% salary increase was reached, the National Union of Public Service and Allied Workers has reported. This was the first collective agreement to have been negotiated and previously management unilaterally decided on all wages and working conditions.
