The National African Federated Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Nafcoc), which has over 160,000 members, yesterday questioned government’s will to create jobs. President Lawrence Mavundla said: “We have done the research and developed an implementable plan, created a business plan, and pitched it to various government departments, but to no avail. Based on this I have to question the political will of the government to implement employment-creating initiatives”.
