Paralysis at Post Office is reason strike can’t be resolved: CWU

cwu_thumb_medium90_95The SA Post Office (Sapo) is flying on autopilot, with no permanent chief executive, chief financial officer, chief operating officer or chief information officer, which has been cited as a reason it has failed to resolve a three-months’ strike.
