Blade Nzimande, who is general secretary of the SACP and Minister of Higher Education, said today in his address to the National Union of Metalworkers of SA’s (Numsa’s) national congress that “all companies that win major infrastructure tenders from government must not use labour brokers”. Among other issues touched on, he said the SACP and Numsa should iron out their differences directly and not through the media.
