Conflicting reports about the protracted strike at the SA Post Office (Sapo) emerged yesterday with the employer insisting that a settlement had been reached and the Communication Workers’ Union denying that was so. According to the union, the issues that led to the strike had not been resolved and a meeting would be held today to discuss the workers’ demands. It said: “We are not aware of any workers who have returned to work.”
