‘Heads must roll for mine deaths’

The accident that killed five miners at Goldfield's Driefontein mine on the weekend before last should not have happened, Deputy Mineral Resources Minister Godfrey Oliphant said today at a memorial service. "We expect heads to roll if any negligence has been found on the part of any person" he stated.
