The compensation of Stephen Koseff, CEO of financial services firm Investec, was cut by 87% for the 2012 fiscal year after profit dropped and returns hit a record low. Koseff, who asked not to receive a bonus, was paid £450,000, including a basic salary of £344,791, according to the annual report released today. For fiscal 2011, Koseff got £3.4 million pounds, excluding share awards.
