Implats boardroom torched in continuing protests

During ongoing violent protests today, a boardroom at shaft 7A of Impala Platinum’s Rustenburg operations was burnt down, after having been set on fire in the early hours of the morning. No injuries were reported. A case of arson has been opened, but no arrests have been made.
