Immigration's lies and stagnation

Gary Eisenberg, a prominent immigration law practitioner, writes an open letter to Home Affairs Minister, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, in which he berates her and her department over the handling of immigration permits. He says that the temporary-residence permit application process is an unmitigated disaster that has devastating consequences for the fiscus, skills development and foreign direct investment.
